Born in 1982 Tony Deaf grew up listening to a broad body of music from 50s 60s Rock n Roll ,80s Synthesizers and Hard Rock, 90s Metal and all the pop music between.

It wasnt till 2024 that he seriously decided to write songs and lyrics, after a slow and determined push he broke through and wrote his first full song with lyrics, since that triumph the floodgates have opened and ideas and lyrics flow free and fast.

As a performer Tony Deaf plays Electric Guitar and Sings Lead Vocal in local Launceston band 'Average Joes' along side bass duities and guitar duites in various other bands and at open mike nights.
